I have always been a firm believer that we all eat with our eyes first, nose second and taste third. No matter the food, whether it be an appetizer, wrap, sandwich or a complete meal, it should first be well presented and pleasing to the eye. From one sense to another, we should feel drawn to the food for the appearance and aroma then satisfied with the flavors. There should never be a hesitation to dig in, enjoy and go for seconds! To accomplish that is an art!
